Route note

Viševnik rises above the Pokljuka plateau with a much bigger mountain feel than the short distance suggests. The route climbs from Rudno Polje past the Plesišče area to the summit. It is a mountain path rather than a stroll, and the three-kilometre track covers only the ascent, leaving the return to add to the day.
