Seven Sisters & Friston Forest

Route note

White cliffs and woodland share this 12.4 km South Downs circuit across the Seven Sisters and through Friston Forest. The open coast gives way to trees as the round develops. This moderate route uses the forest to complete the walk rather than retracing the clifftop section.
