The country around Švegelj and Sivčnik gives this ride from Šentjanž a wooded hillside setting. Asphalt gives way to a substantial compacted section on the route towards Menčon. A gravel bike suits the changing surfaces, and the separate finish makes an onward plan more useful than expecting a ready-made loop.
